Oroville High School Wrestling demonstrated by Senior Captain CHRIS DAVID 2000. Before he became a star in MMA and possibly the most recognized pioneers of the sport he had become crafty in other combative arts like here in collegiate (folk style) wrestling. Teammates, Brandon Povio and Todd Gaylord are sought. Shawn Bias, Josh Hinkle, Alijah Reni all wrestled with Chris David this Year. Otown, must be the water. Well structured video that breaks down moves in an informative and entertaining way. It might as well just be called a clinic. Don't watch this now if you haven't the time, care or knowledge to. I put the more advanced and interesting moves towards the end for these viewers. If you are a "click and glancer" than just carry-on. This is the real shit...foundation for my fighting style...key to understanding certain concepts...entertaining for MMA fans with little wrestling background.
