Pankration is a martial art that the greek like to say is the art that was used in gladiator days. What a load of crap. It only got revived in 1997. And most of the documentation has gone on the true pankration. All they have is paintings etc. And if you look at there moves. Most of them are direct rip offs of other arts. Look the style isnt the worst i have seen, savate would take that title, but its not that great either.
