Before he became a star in MMA and possibly the most recognized pioneers of the sport he had become crafty in other combative arts like here in collegiate (folk style) wrestling. Well structured video that breaks down moves in an informative and entertaining way. It might as well just be called a clinic. Don't watch this now if you haven't the time, care or knowledge to. I put the more advanced and interesting moves towards the end for these viewers. If you are a "click and glancer" than just carry-on.
