Heavy Bag after of 2 weeks training
This is two weeks into training. 212 lbs...I would like to have my 1st amature fight within 5 months at around 165-178 lbs...eventually getting down to 152 with continued success. Any criticism, evaluation of talent, or advice is greatly appreciated!!! Thank you in advance. I will be updating my progess as I go...look for my first sparring session at end of may and another heavy bag video in 2 weeks. My goal is to not be breathing so heavy next time, keep my hands up and extend the combinations. Thanks.
