Fighting from the clinch - MMA Instructional
I filmed this way back when I used to train in JKD, under Richard Marlowe of the JKD FAA club. This is a section of content from a 'Fighting from the clinch' lesson. Sorry for the filming/sound quality - was filmed in a squash court, shots taken in a break between sparring drills during the instructor demos. I had no tie clip mic and it's very difficult to hold the camera straight when you are wearing boxing gloves! Posted it because I thought some people may enjoy it. Sorry if you don't.... I am not interested in any 'my style is better than your style' comments. Those will be deleted...
