Before this they were rolling for about 30 minutes, and another hour and a half of technique work. A 50% round means they are not hitting full speed and power. They are sparring and just working on technique.

Everybody knows Capoeira, it's a Martial Art that has its origins in Africa, but was developed and spread to the world by Brazil! Capoeira is by far the most beautiful Martial Art, but it's also useless for Mixed Martial Arts... NOT! This video is for the ones who question the effectiveness of Capoeira! If Lyoto Machida found a way to use his Karate in MMA I'm pretty sure Capoeira can also be used effectively in the sport, specially if you consider it's unorthodox style of striking!
